When will my order ship?

We print each shirt to order (fresh print, and less waste). Most orders take approximately 2 business days to produce, though during holidays and sales it can take a little longer. Think “practice week” instead of “performance night”. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking.

How long does shipping take?

We are happy to provide the "allegro" treatment on all orders! Once your order has been printed and dispatched, our domestic shipping times are 2-6 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary by country and will take approximately 10-20 business days.

Is shipping free?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75! For smaller orders, our priority shipping is just $4.99.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are printed to order, we don’t offer returns/exchanges for wrong size ordered. Please see our handy sizing charts on each product page to assist you in measuring your size.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we stand by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee to make it right. Please reach out to us at hello@clefwear.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will assist you in providing a replacement at no extra charge, or a full refund.

My item arrived damaged/defective, or the wrong item. What now?

My package says delivered but I don’t have it.

First, check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox area, or building front desk. Then reach out to the carrier. If it still hasn’t turned up, email us—we’ll help you figure out the next steps.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we try to send it into production as soon as possible. However if you reach out to us right away, we will do our best to help! Once an order is sent to production, changes and cancellations usually aren’t possible. Please double-check your size and shipping address at checkout.

Will I get shipment tracking?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created, so if it looks quiet at first, that’s normal.

How do I choose the right size to order?

You’ll find our handy sizing chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes:

  • Size up for a more relaxed fit
  • Go true-to-size for a classic fit

Tip: measure a favorite shirt you already own and compare—simple, and it saves headaches later.

How do I take care of my shirts for the best longevity?

To keep your shirt looking sharp: wash cold with similar colors, turn inside-out, and tumble dry low (or hang dry). Do not dryclean or bleach. If using an iron, keep it on low heat.
